First, our Lead Design Consultant, Ryan Watkins, will meet you at your home to provide a custom design quote. Ryan is a South Carolina Certified Nursery Professional and a South Carolina Certified Landscape Professional with 17+ years of horticultural experience. He has 10+ years experience as an award-winning lead landscape designer and 3 years of experience as a Horticulture Instructor for the City of Charleston. As a third generation member of the Brownswood Nursery family, Ryan is passionate about sharing his expertise to guide clients toward achieving their landscape goals.

After a detailed site analysis, our Landscape Design Team will provide a Landscape Plan with plant selections as well as placements for planting areas, lighting, patios, walkways, pergolas, firepits, fountains, pools, spas, and any other feature you may wish to include in your outdoor living space. Your new landscape may be implemented in phases over time at a pace that suits your budget.
Included with your Landscape Plan:
On average, a Landscape Plan for a .25 acre lot ranges from $3K - $6K. (Our design fee starts at $3K.)
Included with your Landscape Plan:
- A full-color, large format design with supplemental images and plant information
- An immersive, 3D design video
- A digital copy of your design

Please note: A non-refundable $150 fee will be collected at the time of scheduling to reserve your spot on our consultation calendar. Locations greater than 20 miles from our business address will incur an additional fuel surcharge.
