Shoal Creek Chaste Tree

​Chaste Tree (Vitex) is a flowering favorite that adds a bold splash of color to the landscape late spring into summer. Useful as a large shrub or small, ornamental tree, the sun-loving Chaste Tree grows quickly to 10-15' tall and wide and is easily maintainable with pruning. 

Northern Sea Oats

Tolerates a variety of sun, soil, and environmental conditions - including moist soils AND salt spray! Bamboo-like foliage changes with the seasons, from blue-green to yellow-brown, depending on sun exposure. Seed heads make excellent additions to dried arrangements. Clumps grow to 3-4' tall x 2-3' wide.

Carolina Midnight Loropetalum

This evergreen shrub boasts bold, dark burgundy leaves that contrast with fuchsia flowers in the spring. Reaching heights of 10 to 12 feet and a similar spread, it can be maintained as a formal hedge or trained into a small tree. It's also a great choice for screening. ⁠⠀

Crape Myrtle Trees

Sometimes referred to as the Lilacs of the South, Crape Myrtle Trees are hardy, fast-growing shade trees that provide weeks of colorful blooms in the summer. We grow multiple varieties of this Southern favorite with colors spanning from white, lavender, hot pink, to bright red.

Tractor Seat Plants

Fill your shade garden with Tractor Seats (Farfugium) this season to enjoy their glossy foliage throughout the year and bright yellow, daisy-like blooms in fall. Deer non-preferred. Mature size is approximately 2-3'h x 2-3'w.

Wax-Leaf Ligustrum

Ligustrum is a versatile evergreen that responds well to regular pruning into formal topiary, clipped hedge, or tree form. With less pruning, these shrubs can easily reach 10-15'h x 6-8'w making them great for privacy.
