RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
Monitor sales orders and maintain organization throughout this process.
Communicate all ordering needs properly to Garden Center Manager.
Oversee Garden Center Staff: interaction with customers, pulling of Sales Orders, watering plants, etc.
Ensure cleanliness, functionality, and appeal of all retail spaces.
Ensure all opening and closing tasks are completed properly by team members on a daily basis.

- Strong work ethic, integrity, fast paced
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail
- Tact and poise in customer interactions
- Knowledge of plants, their specific needs, and their location on site ,
- SCGIA Certified nursery professional a plus
- Ability to learn POS, proficiency in online communication
- Strong Communication Skills
- Diligence
- Ability to oversee other staff and delegate when necessary
- Working Saturdays is a must
