Brownswood Nursery, Inc guarantees that plant material is fresh and the correct variety at the time of installation. We will offer a 50% discount on current retail price of replacement plants at the time of replacement for qualified* plants that do not live during the first twelve months. This does NOT apply to annuals, perennials, Sabal Palms, or any transplanted material. An additional labor charge will be incurred if replanting of the replacement plants is desired. This warranty does not cover over/under watering or wet sites.
Sabal Palms are guaranteed ONLY with an in ground drip irrigation system functioning at the time of installation for twelve months. We must have large tractor access. If fences or hardscapes prevent tractor access, the warranty is void.
Sod is only guaranteed to be fresh at the time of installation. No warranty is given on sod. Our estimate covers the agreed upon areas to be sodded. Any leftover sod will be taken by Brownswood Nursery at completion of installation.
