Your Landscape Transformation Starts Here with a Landscape Plan!
LANDSCAPE PLAN
After a detailed site analysis, our Landscape Design Team will provide a Landscape Plan for your project with plant selections as well as placements for planting areas, lighting, patios, walkways, pergolas, firepits, fountains, pools, spas, and any other feature you may wish to include in your outdoor living space in the future. This comprehensive design may be implemented in phases over time to achieve your dream landscape at a pace that remains within your budget.

A Landscape Plan is highly valuable as it serves as the roadmap for all phases of your landscape installation so that the final result matches what you intended at the start of the process. |
Without a Landscape Plan, it is easy for homeowners to become overwhelmed and frustrated when parts of what they start planting or building don't flow seamlessly together. With a Landscape Plan, there is a clear path for achieving a cohesive overall design that is thoughtful and creative, taking into account current and future needs and wants as well as complementing the home with a functional, extended living space.

Site Visit
Site Visit:
During this meeting, our Design Manager will come out to your home to discuss the full scope of your project and capture details about your lifestyle, budget, and the desired outcome of your landscape.
After this meeting, our team will take an inventory of the site's existing plants, sun/shade patterns, wildlife, soil conditions, and architectural structures. An up-to-date survey is required to fully understand your property lines, setbacks and easement locations, tree outline and existing structures such as, your house and existing hardscapes.

This is a single space solution. A Design Consultant will visit your property and provide you with a design estimate for a single area totaling less than 300 square feet. This design service is for plantings only and does not include other landscape elements such as lighting and hardscapes. You will receive a conceptual design that demonstrates the approximate plant quantities and varieties needed for your space. A Photo Rendering ranges from $500 - $700.
