OUR PROCESS
Verbal Consultation – First, you will meet with one of our Design Consultants for an at-home verbal consultation to discuss the scope of your project. This consultation helps us provide you with a design quote for your landscape transformation.
1st Meeting: Site Visit – In your first meeting, our Design Manager will come out to your home to discuss the full scope of your project and capture details about your lifestyle, budget, and the desired outcome of your landscape.
After this meeting, our team will take an inventory of the sites’ existing plants, sun/shade patterns, wildlife, soil conditions, and architectural structures. An up-to-date survey is required to fully understand your property lines, setbacks and easement locations, tree outline and existing structures such as, your house and existing hardscapes.
2nd Meeting: Design Presentation – We will invite you to our Design Studio at the nursery where our Design Team will present you with the plant selection and layout of your landscape design. We will also walk you through our Garden Center to show you the plants (and size options) in person to ensure that you love every plant that was selected for your home.

You will receive:
- A full-color, large format design with supplemental images and plant information
- A digital copy of your design
- An immersive, 3D video
3rd Meeting: Revision Meeting – After you have reviewed your custom design, we suggest creating a list with any questions and/or changes you would like to make to your plan. During this meeting, we will answer your questions and take notes on any necessary changes as well as discuss installation and phasing options.
One revision meeting is included in your design fee. While most people do not require additional edits after this meeting, additional design time is offered at an hourly rate.
4th Meeting: Final Design – You will receive your master plan and an itemized quote (with phasing options based on your priorities) during this meeting. If your plan needs to be approved through your HOA/ARC/ARB, we will also walk you through the approval process.
Schedule for Installation – Once we receive your deposit and signed contract, you will then be placed on our installation schedule.
