WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- A leader with retail & merchandising experience. Someone who loves to inspire their team to grow and leads & manages well.
- A positive, extroverted, flexible, self-starting individual who sees value in collaboration but possesses the perseverance to see projects through completion
- Strong Work Ethic, Integrity, Fast Paced
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to sell the "right plant for the right space"
- Landscaping/Nursery/Garden Center Experience Important
- Knowledge of the top 100 plant list
- Experience in retail & sales important
- Associates or Bachelor Degree in Horticulture/Agriculture or related field preferred
- SCGIA Certified nursery professional a plus
- Must be fast paced on computer and able to work Microsoft Office
- We are retail and Saturdays are a Must.
